Clinical grading
Grade I: No epidermis damage, just reddening of skin, no improvement for more than 30 min, this period is acute inflammation reaction period.
Grade II: Reddening and erosion of epidermis, the wound is wet and pink, no necrotic tissue.
Grade III: Have exudates and infection, almost no pain, have necrotic tissue.
Grade IV: Have exudates and infection, have necrotic tissue, with strong pain in case of nerve injury.
